KF Industries, Inc., 2310 tiorth American Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19133
("the licensee") is the holder of Byproduct fiaterial Licenses 37-16174-01 and 37-16174-02E ("the licenses") issued by the fluclear Regulatory Comission ("the Comission"). The licenses authorize the possession, distribution and use of byproduct materials under certcin conditions specified therein. License 37-16174-01 was originally issued on September 12, 1974 with the present expiration date of September 30, 1981; a timely renewal has been received.
License 37-16174-02E was originally issued on July 23, 1975 with the present expiration date of July 31, 1986.

CJHolloway, LFMB to the licensee on flovember 6, 1981. A final notice of payment due was sent to the licensee on December 7, 1981.
The licensee failed to respond to three invoices. Consequently, on January 27, 1982 the Chief, License Fee Management Branch Office of Administration, issued an Order to Show Cause ("the Order"), directing the licensee to show cause why the license should not be revoked permanently. As an alternative to filing an answer, the Order provided that, if payment of the fee were made within 20 days of the date of receipt of the Order, the Director of Administration or the undersigned would issue a subsequent Order terminating the revocation proceeding.
In response to the Order, the licensee followed this alternative procedure-and paid the inspection fee of $780.
III Accordingly, in view of the payment of the inspection fee under the terms of the Order and, pursuant to the Commission's " Rules of Practice" in 10 CFR Part 2 IT IS IIEREBY ORDERED TilAT:
This proceeding is terminated.
