g In confirmation of discussions held last Friday with fir. Will our earlier review of your Radiological Contingency Plan submitted November 12, 1981 was conducted on an incomplete copy. Our examination of your complete Plan indicates that it fulfills the requirements for radiological contingency planning as defined in Enclosure I of the Order signed February ll, 1981.
