necessary when deliberating among a number of proposed alternatives, and when examining the adequacy of proposed financial surety arrangements.
In verifying cost estimates provided to the NRC, we find current cost data from State highway officials extremely useful.
In the interests of maintaining an effective and efficient regulatory program, we would be most appreciative if your department could provide us with quarterly and annual average bid unit price summarys for 1980 and 1981.
