Ot1CDrino.s O' a two.at.dT,enoDescatsC>e This Change Order, which confirms written directions issued to the Contractor on January 15, 1982, provides for the Contractor's leasing of space for the DCS facility during the contract's period of perfomance. As a result of this Change Order, the following change is made to the contract:
Under ARTICLE I - STATEMENT OF WORK, Paragraph B.1, the second sentence is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof -
"The Contractor shall be responsible for leasing the space for the DCS The NRC shall provide the equipment, system documentation, and facility.
routine office supplies required for operation of the system as presently configured. "
l Excspt as hereby modified, all terms and conditions of said contract remain unchanged l
and in full force and effect.

If this change causes an increase or decrease in the estimated cost of or the time required for the performance of any oart of the work of this contract, whether changed or not enanged by this order, or other-wise affects any(other provisions of this contract, an equitable adjust i) in the estimated cost or delivery schedule, or both; shall be made:
(ii) in the amount of fixed fee to be paid to the contractor; and (iii) in such other provisions of the contract as may be affected, and the contract shall be modified in writing accordingly.
Any claim for adjustment must be asserted within thirty (30) days from -
the date of receipt by the contractor os this notification of change.
