The statement has today been sent to the Environmental Pro-tection Agency and notice of its availability is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. Comnents will be due within 45 days l
after publication in the Federal Reaf ster of the Environnental Protection Agency's listing notifying the public of issuance of the impact statement.
