7590 01 UNITED ST'iTES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NOS. 50-338 AND 50-339 VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS TO FACILITY 0"PEkATINGLICENSES The U. S. Nuclear Regula; tory Commission (the Commission) has issued.
Amendments No. 37 and No.1-7 to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-4 and NPF-7 issued to the Virginia Electric and Power Company (the licensee) for operation of the North Anna Power Station, Units No. I and No~. 2 (the facility). located in Louisa ' County, Virginia. The amendments are effective as of the date of is:uance.

limits Pm, and specifying th'at'the specific values for these limits shall be provided in a special Core Surveillance Report to the NRC 60 days prior to a reload cycle start'up for either NA-1 or NA-2.
The application for the amendments complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by.the Act and the Commission's* rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are jet forth in the license amendments.
Prior public notice of the amendments'was not required since the amendments do not involve a significant hazards consideration.
The Commission has determined that the issuance of the amendments will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant a
