which N.;ested the filing of either a radiological contingency plan or a request for reduction in possession limits of radioactive materials.
In response to your letter dated February 19, 1981, the Order for License SNH-23 was modified on March 13, 1981, to allow an additional period of time for your Company to comply therewith.
Requests for extension of time to comply with HRC Orders are subject to fees; however, through an oversight, your request for extension was processed with-out payment of the prescribed fee. We request, therefore, that you remit an amendment fee of $150 as specified in fee Category 1G of Section 170.31 of Part 170. Payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission and mailed to the attention of Douglas Weiss, Silver Spring Office.
