which requested the filing of either a radiological contingency plan 4.9 request for reduction in possession limits of radioactive materials.
In response to your letter dated September ll,1981, the Order for License SNM-696 was modified on September 28, 1981, to allow an additional period of time for your Company to comply therewith.
Requests for extension of time to comply with NRC Orders are subject to fees; however, through an oversight, your request for extension was processed with-out payment of the prescribed fee. We request, therefore, that you remit an j
amendment fee of'$150 as specified in fee Category lA of Section 170.31 of Part 170. Payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to the attention of Douglas Weiss, Silver Spring Office.
