The Comission was briefed by 0PE on the analysis of coments on the merits of the DOE exemption request contained in the OPE memorandum of 2/8/82.
Chairman Palladino requested that the letters received on the issue be recounted and the record corrected regarding the number of favorable and unfavorable coments.
