The Commission was briefed by the Chairman, Regulatory Reform Task Force, on the status of its work on proposed legislation to improve the nuclear siting and licensing process.
The Commission requested the Task Force to revise the draft legislation as discussed at the meeting.
Chairman Palladino noted that a defini. tion of a standardized plant should be addressed.
