- ORDER, 10: 05 A.M., THURSDAY, FEBhdARY ll, 1982, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, DC OFFICE (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Commission by a vote of 3-2 (Commissioners Gilinsky and Bradford disapproving), approved an Order indicating that the City of West Chicago is entitled to only informal, written hearing on its pending petitions for a hearing and which reaffirms the staff's determination that Amendment No.
3 to Kerr-McGee Corporation's materials license for its West Chicago facility should be issued.
Separate views of Commissioners Cilinsky and Bradford and additional views of Commissioner Ahearne are attached to the Order.
(Subsequently, on February 11, 1982, the Order was signed by the Secretary.)
