Davenport, Iowa 52803 Gentlemen-T Thank you for Mr. J. M. Hawkinson's letter of January 13, 1982, in response to our letter dated January 6,1982. As a result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your Mr. J. M. Hawkinson during a telephone call on January 29, 1982, is needed. Specifically, please provide us with a written description of steps that you and other members of management will take to prevent recurrence of the failure to meet comitment dates for implementing corrective action in response to future inspection findings. This information was requested in our letter to you dated January 6, 1982.
Please provida this additional information within 25 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
