Dear Administrative Judges:
In an Order dated February 8,1982, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) directed Intervenor Shorehan Opponents Coalition (SOC) by February 19,1982, to provide tha Roard with certain factual details to support 50C Contentions la and b, and 2.
The Board provided for the Applicant and Staff to reply to SOC's " specification" of the contentions in question by March 1, 1982.
In a filing dated February 19, 1982, S0C has declined to provide the information requested by the Board thus obviating the necessity fnr a Staff response as provided in the Board's Order.
