cedures leading to the evidentiary hearing on alternate sites.
In the October 1981 order the Board indicated that seismic issues would not be considered.
Tne Applicant believes that seismic issues should be consid-ered at the hearing as does the NRC Staff (response dated February 11, 1982).
No other party has commented on the request.
The October 1981 order excluding seismic issues from tne hearing was 9ared upon an incor-rect inference from the parties' pleadings.
The Applicant is correct.
Seismic issues will be heard at the hearing set for April 20, 1982.
