l February 26, 1982 ORDER (Notice of Telephone Conference Call)
I Over four months have passed since the first prehearing conference in this case.
During the conference, predictions were made about likely times for completion of the application and the Staff's environmental assessment and safety evaluation.
Rough estimates were made about a likely time for hearing.
Since the conference, discovery has commenced and a settlement conference has taken place. As a result of the settlement conference, the Intervenors have requested permission i
to withdraw Contentions 1-4 in their pleading dated February 12, 1982.
In these circumstances, the Board believes that it would be desirable to have a telephone conference with the parties to discuss the I
l following matters:
1.
Is the application complete? If not, when will it be complete?
