information to support the evacuation time estimates prepared by the Applicants' dated August 1980. The Licensing Board's Order of i
February 11, 1982 requested that the Staff file in this proceeding, its analysis of Applicants' response. We are informed by Applicants' counsel 4
that the information requested of the Applicants has been served upon the persons identified on the service list. The Staff's consultant, I1r. Thomas Urbanik II, has reviewed that additional information and his analysis is contained in a letter dated February 22, 1982 addressed to me. That letter is attached hereto and is being served upon all parties.
In addition, the Staff will offer it into evidence at the hearing on j
