In response to your letter of January 12, 1982, Georgia Power Company submits the following information:
Georgia Power Company expects to submit an application for Operating License for Plant Vogtle in September, 1983. This is based on an expected construction completion /
fuel load date of September, 1986.
We do not expect to submit any applications or requests for review in categories 2 to 6 of your letter during the designated time period between now and December 31, 1984.
We regret that this response does not neet your requested deadline for reply; however, your request was not received in this office until February 12, 1982.
