Dear Mr. Miller:

In response to the call from Mr. Bernard concerning the renewal of license R-53 (AGN-211P) we would like to propose the following time table.

A review of the status of our preparations of the required license re-newal materials indicates that with a special effort, we can forward the completed license material to you on March 15, 1982, barring circumstances beyond our control (illness, etc.).

We apologize for the delay and wish to assure you that the delay in no way implies an attitude of unimportance to the license renewal process.

Briefly, we have prepared a financial statement and the Tech Specs have been rewritten. A requal program is in draft form as are revised physical security and emergency plans. Nothing of any consequence has yet been done on an environmental impact statement or the revised SAR.

We appreciate your consideration.

Very truly yours d'IV /
