Enclosed are ten copies of Issue 6 Revision 5 to the applicable revised sections of the Leaver Valley Power Station Emergency Preparedness Plan Implementing Procedures. Enclosed is one controlled copy (No. 6) and nine copies from which personal telephone numbers and other similar proprietary information has been deleted. These documents are provided pursuant to Appendix E Section V of 10 CFR 50.
The " Manual Transmittal" form provides directions for removing and inserting the appropriate sections.
These procedures have been revised to facilitate incorporation of the numerous changes and additions as a result of previous drills and the addition of emergency communications equipment throughout the station.
