TERA ADVANCED E N Contract No. NRC-10-78-580 Modification No. 20 STATEMENT OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES A.
Statement of Work The contractor shall provide phase in, phase out (PIPO) services to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and its new contractor, Planning Research Corporation (PRC), for a period commencing on February 3,1982 and ending no later than April 2,1982 in accordance with ARTICLE XVIII " Continuity of Services" of the contract and TERA Corporation's "DCS Contract Phase In-Phase Out Plan" dated January 19, 1982., incorporated herein by this reference.
The following contractor personnel shall be available on an "on-call" basis" during the duration of this PIPO effort:
J. Long, Program Management C. Lemon, Project Management W. Ingram, Senior Engineer D. Worthington, Engineer B. Macnichol, Engineer B. Murray, Engineer J. DiSciullo Engineer D. Denton, Chief Technical Codcr/ Abstractor D. Nevins Chief Technical Coder / Abstractor S. Alfaro, Chief Technical Coder / Abstractor S. Kahoonei, Chief Technical Coder / Abstractor B.
Deliverables The contractor shall submit a project status report at the end of each two week period reflecting work accomplished during the previous reporting period, and work planned for the next period.
Reports should cross reference appropriate activities contained in the "DCS Contract Phase In-Phase Out Plan."
The aforementioned report shall be delivered as follows:

Consideration and Payment The contractor shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and allowable costs incurred for the services specified herein.
It is estimated that the total reimbursable cost to the Government for this PIPO effort will not exceed $86,331.50 which is established as the PIPO ceiling price.
Payment of reimbursable costs shall be made in accordance with Clause 65 of the General Provisions.
The contractor will receive a fixed fee of $ 6,000.00 which shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of this effort and submission of proper invoice or voucher.
