Dear Sir:

Reference (c) requested that Vermont Yankee submit additional infonna-i tion to aid the NRC's contractor in their review of Reference (b). We have reviewed that request and are providing a copy of the necessary documentation i as an attachment to this letter.

! Some of the requested documentation is not being submitted because l

Franklin Research has already been provided with copies of this information l via previous submittals. In one case, we are unable to provide a requested document due to its proprietary nature. The disposition of all requested. ,

documentation not being submitted is provided as an attachment to this letter.

Reference (b) stated that the requested documentation could be taken directly from our Environmental Qualification central file and would be re-turned to Vermont Yankee at some future date. It should be noted that this i action would have been a direct violation of our Technical Specifications l which require that this file be permanently maintained at a central location.

l Because the amount of documentation requested was not prohibitively large in this instance, we have supplied copies of the information made from our files.
