A minor amendment fee of $2.800 was paid for review and approval of the request.

In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of 10 CFR 170, the expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment are $3.192.

Since the maximum fee for a minor amendment in fee Category llB is $2,800, no additional fee is required.
