Enclosed are the final comments on the Revised Draft Regulatory Guide GS-l 27-4, " Standard Format and Content of Site Characterization Reports for l
High-Level Waste Geologic Repositories" which were made by the WMHT and WMHL staffs. The majority of the enclosed comments were compiled by Ronald Uleck over the past several months in cooperation with Colleen Ostrowski.
Virtually all of the Division of Waste Management comments transmitted to RES by memo, John B. Martin to Frank J. Arsenault dated December 11, 1981 have been incorporated into this draft.
This package fulfills the intent and target of FY 1982 OPS PLAN item
- 31221, " Assist RES in resolving public comments on format and content guide for site characterization report (Ltr. Rep.)," baseline target date of 11/06/81, lead staff-Justus. The cnmpletion date was advanced due to NMSS not receiving the concurrence copy from RES as scheduled.
