Dear Mr. Denton:
According to the Quad-Cities Station procedure records, the original transmittal of your ten copies of Quad-Cities Emergency Procedures are not up-to-date.
Since October 20,-1981, Quad-Cities Station has sent you 26 transmittals and follow-up notices for verifying that your manuals contain the most current procedures.
Because our records are auditable by the Office of Inspection and Enforce-ment, and because it is necessary for you to have the most correct and current in fo rma tion, it is essential that your ten copies of Quad-Cities Emergency Procedures are maintained and up-to-date.
Please compare the enclosed list with the revisions that are in your copy of the Procedure Manual.
De ate on the list which revisions you have or are missing, and return the list to Quad-Cities Station.
