Response to Notice of Violation Our intention is to continue license SNM-956 in an active mode.

239 The 32 g of encapsulated Pu is in a safe storage closet specific-ally designed to house this source. The source has not been re-moved from this facility for twelve years.

If the license is renew-ed, it will continue to be stored in the same place even though the license expired, regular wipe tests were conducted.

No significant change in radiation has been observed in any of the wipe tests.

The source has been secured for three months.
