NOTICE JF EXPIRED LICE!!SE This refers to the telephone discussion between Mr. D. B. Spitzberg of this office and Mr. W. W. Bednarski of your organization on January 8,1982.

NRC records show that the Source Material License identified above has expired and no renewal application has been filed in accordance with Section 30.37 of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 30.

From our discussion with your representative we learned that you have never possessed the materials for which you were licensed.

In order for us to terminate this license we need you to complete the enclosed NRC Fom 314 " Certificate of Disposition of Haterials" and submit it within 30 days to the address indicated on the form.

In addition please send a copy of the completed form to Region IV, U. S. :'uclear Regulatory Commission, 611 Ryan Plaza Dr., Suite 1000, Arlington, Tcxas, 76011, Attention: Glen D. Brown, Chief, Technical Inspection Branch.
