Bailey on May 11 - 15 and 21 - 22, 1981.
Since the contents of this letter, which if released to the public, would compromise the physical security of the TMI Nuclear Station Unit 1, it is requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 that this document be withheld from public disclosure.
