This letter is in response to the findings noted in Inspection Report No. 70-1201/81-08 received November 9, 1981. The inspection was per-formed by Mr. E. L. Clay of your office on August 24-28, 1981.
An extension in response time was granted by Mr. E. McAlpine. The new response date is December 11, 1981.
3 During the course of the inspection, two items of noncompliance were identified.
Since the response to those items is exempt from disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d), specific discussion of the find-ings is being forwarded as Attachment I to this letter.
