This letter is to provide you with notification, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p),
that we are amending the Security Training and Qualifications Plan (TQP).
Enclosure A, Synopsis of Changes, provides a general description of the proposed changes and Enclosure B is an itemized listing of the revisions and justi-fications for those revisions.
These changes have been reviewed by our Appraisal Review Committee and it has determined that these revisions do not degrade the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.
We have determined that this submittal contains confidential information in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d) and safeguards information pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21, apJ therefore, is exempt from public disclosure and should receive limited distribution.
