-agrees to submit a Loose Parts-Detection Program implementation report prior to the commercial. opera-tion of Enrico Fermi Unit 2.

This report will address the establishment of the alert. level, the in-plant test program, a summary of supplemental data and diagnostic procedures available to-confirm the pre-sence of a-. loose part,-procedures for checks and calibration, procedures for minimizing radiation expo-sure.during maintenance of the system and training of the plant personnel in the purpose of the program and the operation of the system.-
