m This refers to the telephone conversation between Mr. Robert Trosper and Mr. Russell Wise of this office on February 1,1982, regarding your use of personnel who are not authorized by your license to use licensed material.
Regarding the matter discussed, we understand that you have undertaken or will undertake the following actions:
(a) Discontinue the use of unauthorized personnel from conducting well logging operations.
(b) Apply for an amendment to your license to add additional authorized users.
(c) Ensure that unnamed persons do not use licensed material until your license is amended by the NRC.
If our understanding of your planned actions as described above is not in accordance with the actual plans and action being implemented, please contact this office imediately.
