This Special Report is.being submitted as required by Unit 2 Tech. Spec. 3.7.12.
At 1030 on 1-1-82, fit.e door 418 was declared inoper-able due to improper closure.
Tech. Spec. 3.7.12 requires the fire door to be operable.
Tech. Spec. 3.7.12 action i
statement requirements were met.
Following necessary repair of door hardware, fire door 418 was returned to service at 1530 on 1-14-82.
The delay was due to hardware procurement.
