STAFF REQUIREMENTS - DISCUSSION OF WASTE CONFIDENCE PROCEEDING, 10: 05 A.M., THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 1982, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, DC OFFICE (CLOSED TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Commission was briefed by OPE en certain issues related to the waste confidence proceeding.
Chairman Palladino suggested that the Commissioners make note of any issues which they foresee to be impediments to the decision regarding waste confidence.
The Commission has deferred action pending receipt of the OPE response to the questions posed in Commissioner Ahearne's memorandum of January 15, 1982.
