50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.59, we are enclosing 110 copies of a requested amendment to the licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 (Enclosure 1).
The proposed amendment requests changes in the fire hose hydrostatic test pressure, maximum isolation times for valves in Table 3 6-2, ice bed temperature determination and the surveillance
' requirements for vital battery testing. Justifications to support the proposed changes are also provided (Enclosure 2).
SE -
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 170.22, we have determined the proposed amendment to be Class II for unit 1 and Class I for unit 2.
These classifications are based on the facts that the mtendment in administrative in nature and that the changes apply to two
' identical units on the same site. The remittance fee of $1,600 is being wired to'the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Attention: Licensing Fee Management Branch.
