Status of Nureg - 0737 Item II.F.1 3 at Peach Bottom Station Units 2 and 3
Dear Mr. Stolz:
This letter responds to your letter of January 12, 1982 on the subject of Nureg - 0737, item II.F.1 3 on high range radiation monitors. Your understanding, as stated in the reference letter is correct; i.e., the design of the high range radiation monitors con-forms with the criteria presented in item II.F.1 3 With regards to the implementation date for item II.F.1 3, a letter dated September h, 1981 (S. L. Daltroff, Philadelphia Electric Co. to D. G. Eisenhut, NRC)requestedanextensioninthescheduleforcompletingthismodifi-cation on Peach Bottom Unit 2 until the refueling outage expected to start February 20, 1982. The modification has been completed on Peach Bottom Unit 3 Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact ue.
