g jf Pursuant to our conversation of December 8,1981, Toledyne Isotopes formally requests an amendment to our US NRC License No. SNh!-107.
Please change Condition 8.A.2. to "2.
up to 1.00 gram".
Please change Condition 8.A.3. to "3. up to 235 grams".
The first change is due to an error on our application for renewal.
The second change is for insurance purposes. Our carrier classifies all licensees with possession limits in excess of 250 grams of SNh! as a nuclear facility and, therefore, imposes extremely high fees.
Any assistance in expediting these changes will be appreciated as it is costing us much more at the current insurance rates than at the amended quantities.
