Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. requested in reference (2) above that Certificate of Compliance USA /9078/AF be renewed.
Shortly thereafter, your office noti-fied us by telephone that General Electric Company, holder of this certificate, did not wish to pursue its renewal.
It was also indicated that NFS must submit a Consolidated Application in order to renew the certificate.
If indeed a Consolidated Application is required, then by this letter NFS in-forms you that our request for renewal is withdrawn and refund of the appli-cation fee is requested.
However, if the certificate can be renewed without submitting the Consolidated Application, please process our renewal request as initially submitted in reference (2).
