REVISED RULE CONCERNING DOCUMENTATION OF DIFFEREN FROM THE REVISED STANDARD REVIEW PLAN
Reference:
Memorandum to H. R. Denton from V. Stello dated Jan. 11, 1982.
We will be prepared to brief the CRGR on January 28, 1982 on the subject of the proposed rule. Due to both late response from several sources on impact data and the recent weather conditions which have caused a delay in the staff completing its work, I will provide the other information to you by Janaury 20, 1982.

Memorandum to V. Stello, Jr., from H. Denton dtd 12-1-81, same subject as above Anticipating your response concerning this issue by January 15, I am including this matter on the CRGR agenda for January 28, 1982.
In the time between those two dates, my office will forward the relevant documents to CRGR members for ':neir review prior to the meeting.
Please prepare a short briefing for the CRGR to describe the proposed rule revision and the supporting analysis on safety benefits and licensee and staff costs.
