TO FILE BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF EXCEPTIONS The Saginaw Valley Nuclear Study Group, one of the Intervenors other than Dow (hereafter "Intervenor"), by their counsel hereby requests a short extension within which to file their Brief in support of its Exceptions herein and states as follows:
1.
Exceptions herein were filed on Sunday, January 17, 1982 aM pursuant to the Rules of Practice a brief in support thereof is due on or before February 16, 1982.
2.
During the last week in January and part of the first week in February, our law firm moved its offices stdch required the packing, moveraent and resorting of files with the consequent down time. As a result, counsel has not had an opportunity to begin work on the Brief as directly as planned.
3.
In addition, counsel preparing the Brief suffered a back aikent and was out of the office for three business days during the week of February 1, 1982.
