Thank you for your letter of November 17, 1981, in response to our letter dated October 16, 1981. As a result of our review, we find that f
additional information, as discussed with you during a telephone call on November 30, 1981, is needed. Specifically, you failed to address the two violations which are described in the Notice of Violation. Further, for Nonconformance Item A, you did not address the extent of the audit performed on your mixing records; e.g., the percentage of records re-viewed in order to provide validity to your conclusion that this was caused by a " clerical error," nor did you provide the date(s) that you would complete reinstruction to the QC inspectors as stated in Noncon-formance Report No. 15, and the method of documenting the reinstruction.
For. Nonconformance item C, you did not provide the date by which QC Procedure Nos. QC-207 and QC-207.1 would be revised.
We have no furthe.r questions pertaining to Nonconformance Item B.
Please provide this additional information within 25 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review.
