Reference-Letter, W.P. Haass to G.D. Bouchey, dated January 14, 1982, "NRC Acceptance of Revised Washington Public Power Supply System's Quality Assurance Topical Report.

Enclosed for your use are thirty-six (36) copies of Supply System Operational QA Program Description (WPPSS-QA-004, Revision 6).

The Quality Assurance Program described in WPPSS-QA-004, Revision 6, will be applied to all initial test (preoperational and start-up testing) and operational activities at Supply System plants WNP-1, WNP-2 and WNP-3.

The referenced letter requested that the report be renumbered as WPPSS-QA-004A.

Subsequent discussion with Mr. James Conway of your staff clarified that the report need not be renumbered as requested.
