On October 13, 1981, Nuclear Fuel Services Inq (NFS) requested a hearing on the amendment, Change No. 31, to License No. CSF-1. An additional amendment to that license, recently issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, r

has removed NFS's objections to Change No. 31. NFS therefore withdraws its Licensee's Request for Hearing of October 13, 1981.
