INSTALLATION OPERATORS" I have revieweo the draft regulatory guide which you femarded in your memorandum dabd January 8,1982. Based on the review, I have determined that the Comittee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) does not need to review the draft regulatory guide.
Your interpretation of the CRGR charter is correct in that the guide does not impose requirements on reactor licensees.
