PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY LIMERICK GENERATING STATI0ll, UNITS 1 AND 2 DOCKET fl0S. 50-352 AND 50-353 On December 22, 1981, I transmitted to the Parties a memorandum disclosing such prior involvement in matters touching the Limerick operating license proceeding. This was supplemented by memorandum of December 31, 1981.
My conclusion was that my ability to consider impartially the issues in the current proceeding was unimpaired.
I offered, however, to consider any objections to my participation served on me by January 22, 1982, before finally determining whether I should participate. No such objections have been received as of today. Accordingly, I now determine finally that I shall participate in the Limerick operating license proceeding.
