The Honorable Ronald Reagan The White House Washington, DC 20510

Dear President Reagan:

As an individual who is concerned about potential hazards of nuclear energy plants, who also owns a successful business and who has roots in his community, I very much resent your let them " vote with their feet" attitude.

I live within two miles of Arkansas Nuclear One which is also located within five miles of the Russellville business district.

From both financial and emotional standpoints, I cannot afford to leave my community. There are others just like me all over the Country who are against your stand for subsidizing nuclear energy, but who have no desire to " tuck tail and run".

4 Again, Mr. President, as a citizen of "your country", 1 am~very offended by your' statement and attitude reflected in the..above mentioned " vote with their feet" attitude.

6 Cordially yours, c;

F.
