Ms. Ouiqq refers to recently televised reports of allege t drug and alcohol abuse, sevual activity, and inadecuate ecuipnent 3t the Zion and Dresden facilitics. The petition constitutes a recuest for action under 10 CFR 2.2n6 and should be treated accordingly.
