- 12. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT / MODIFICATION The purpose of this modification is to clarify provisions covering other direct costs under the contract and to correct a typographical error with respect to " Key Personnel" in accordance with the contractor's letter, dated January 16, 1982, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Now, therefore, the following changes are made:
A.
Under Article III - Consideration and Payment, paragraph D, delete the statement " Reproduction - not to exceed $1,500.00" and substitute in lieu thereof the following:
"Other direct costs and reproduction -
not to exceed $1,500.00."
B.
Under Article V - Key Personnel, the designated individual's name is corrected to read:
