The amendment should be issued so that it amends the original license issued May 17, 1974 and Amendment 1 thereto dated February 1, 1979.

The amendment would reflect a change in the licensee's address and would delete the other party to the ' exports.

Also, as amended, XR-98 will authorize exports of com-ponents for either or 'ooth units of the Laguna Verde project whereupon, License No. XR-102, previously specific to Unit 2, will be returned to the Commission.
