Contract No. NRC-04-77-127, Modification No. 11 Pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the subject contract, I hereby increase the amount obligated by the parties with respect to said contract from its inception as follows:
Under Article III - TOTAL ESTIMATED COST, OBLIGATION OF FUNDS AND LIMITA-TIONS, Paragraph 2 - Obligation of Funds, is revised to reflect increases in the amount of funds obligated by the Commission from $6,287,000.00 by
$120,000.00 to $6,407,000.00; by the Institute from $4,583,300.00 by
$375,000.00 to $4,958,300.00; and by the Contractor from $3,742,415.00 by
$100,000.00 to $3,842,415.00.
