Dear Ms. Zitzer:
This is in further response to your letter of September 22, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents relating to the previous involvement of three individuals in licensing matters submitted by the Philadelphia Electric Company prior to their appointment to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB).
With regard to Lawrence Brenner and Peter A. Morris, our search indicates that there are no further documents subject to your request which are not already publicly available in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) and Local Public Document Rooms (LPDRs) as indicated in our October 19, 1981 response.
In addition, we have been informed that Dr. Richard Cole's sole NRC involvement has been in his capacity at the ASLB.
This completes NRC action on your request.
